How to Book Tour with us ?

Booking your Nepal, Bhutan, and Kailash tours with us is easy. Here's how you can do it:

1. Contact Us: You may email or give us a call. Please inform us when you wish to go trekking, the number of people in your group, and any extra options you desire. You can either call +9779851136944 or mail us at welnepaltravel@gmail.com

 2. Choose Your Trek: Here are some Tour packages we sell. If you are in doubt, we will help you choose the correct option based on your desires and preferences. We also have a special arrangement for Tour, trekking or hiking exclusive to your group only. 

 3. Make a Booking: Once you have selected which trek you want, we will forward you all the relevant information about the tour, including the plan and the price. To formalize the booking, you must deposit 25% of the whole. This payment confirms your place on the trek. 

 4. Receive Confirmation: Once you make an advance payment, you will receive our confirmation email. This email will contain your trek/stay plan of activities, a checklist of items you need to bring to the trek, and other things you should know before the trek. 

 5. Final Payment: You can also pay for the rest of your trekking before you enter Nepal or, if not possible, upon arrival in Nepal. Payment can be in cash or through a credit card. 

 6. Prepare for Your Tour/Trek: This should now be done, so let us prepare by going through some tips regarding the activities to do while in the area, the precautions to take, and things to avoid. Ensure you come with all the necessary equipment that may be needed in the field. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to ask.
